Cersosimo is a town and comune situated in the province of Potenza within the Basilicata region of Southern Italy. It is located on the slopes of the Pollino massif, positioned in the heart of the National Park.
The municipality constitutes the Sarmento Valley along with several neighboring towns, including Noepoli, San Costantino Albanese, San Paolo Albanese, and Terranova di Pollino.
