Campomaggiore is a town and comune located in the province of Potenza within the Basilicata region of southern Italy.
The current settlement consists of a modern area that was established to replace the original town, known as Campomaggiore Vecchio. The historic site was destroyed by an avalanche in 1885 and currently exists as a ghost town.
