San Benedetto dei Marsi is a comune and town located in the province of L'Aquila within the Abruzzo region of central Italy. It is situated on the eastern shore of the dried Lake Fucino.
The town is positioned approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) from the archaeological remains of Alba Fucens, another ancient site in the area.
