Lanciano is a town and comune situated in the province of Chieti within the Abruzzo region of central Italy. As of 2023, the municipality has a population of 33,944 inhabitants.
The town is located on an elevated site approximately 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from the Adriatic Sea. It is notably recognized for being the site of the first recorded Catholic Eucharistic Miracle.
