Corropoli is a town and comune located in the Teramo province of the Abruzzo region in eastern Italy. The municipality has a population of just under 4,000 individuals living in approximately 1,500 habitations across about 1,300 families. The local gentilic for residents of the town is Corropolesi.
The name of the town is derived from "Ripoli," an ancient Neolithic settlement situated nearby. These ruins were first discovered in 1871 by Concezio Rosa, a physician from Corropoli. The commune has a population density of approximately 170 individuals per square kilometer and identifies Saint Agnes as its patron saint.
