Neqab is a city located in the Central District of Joveyn County within the Razavi Khorasan province of Iran. It serves as the administrative capital for both Joveyn County and its central district, while also functioning as the administrative center for the Bala Joveyn Rural District.
The location was originally a village before being officially converted into a city in 1994.
