Galugah is a city located in the Central District of Galugah County within the Mazandaran province of Iran. It serves as the administrative capital for both the county and the district.
The city is situated on the northern slopes of the Alborz mountain chain. Due to its proximity to the Caspian Sea on the opposite side, the region is characterized by a predominantly humid and damp atmosphere.
