Khomarlu is a city located in the East Azerbaijan province of Iran. It serves as the capital of both Khoda Afarin County and its Central District.
The city functions as the administrative center for the Keyvan Rural District. Originally established as a village, Khomarlu was officially converted into a city in 1998.
