Pirayuvatlu is a village located in the Central District of Parsabad County within the Ardabil province of Iran. It serves as the capital of the Owltan Rural District.
The village replaced Eslamabad-e Qadim, which was the former capital of the rural district, as the administrative center for the area. The former capital is now known as the city of Eslamabad.
