Malhazan (also spelled Mahlezan) is a village located in the West Azerbaijan province of northwestern Iran. It serves as the administrative capital of the Valdian Rural District, which is situated within the Ivughli District of Khoy County.
The village holds historical significance as the seat of local governance for its district, having succeeded the village of Saidabad, which previously served as the rural district's capital.
