Peddapalli is a town and Revenue division located in the Peddapalli district of Telangana, India. It serves as the headquarters for both the Peddapalli District and the Peddapalli mandal. The town is situated approximately 197 kilometres north of Hyderabad, the state capital, and lies 36 kilometres from Karimnagar and 28 kilometres from Ramagundam.

The area features a railway junction known as PDPL, which connects the PDPL - KRMR - NZB line with the New Delhi (NDLS) - Chennai Central (MAS) railway line. Notably, the Karimnagar Tirupati express undergoes an engine change from rail to electric at this location. Future infrastructure plans include a proposal for a bypass railway station named Peddapalli Town to provide a direct connection between Kazipet and Karimnagar.

In 2016, the civic body of Peddapalli was upgraded from a Nagar Panchayat to a Municipal Council due to population growth. According to the 2024 census of India, the town has a population of 56,000 residents.
