Nalgonda is a city and municipal corporation situated in the Indian state of Telangana. It serves as the administrative headquarters for both the Nalgonda district and the Nalgonda mandal within the Nalgonda revenue division.
The city is located approximately 90 kilometres (56 mi) from Hyderabad, which is the capital of Telangana. It functions as a primary regional hub for its surrounding district and revenue division.
