While the name Pandaria is associated with a specific geographic location in India, it is also the primary setting for the "Mists of Pandaria" expansion in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) World of Warcraft. This expansion followed the Cataclysm set and was released by Blizzard Entertainment on September 25, 2012.
