Sahawar is a town and nagar panchayat located in the Kasganj district of Uttar Pradesh, India. It also serves as a Tehsil within the same district. Historically, the area was part of the Etah district before its current administrative designation.
The Sahawar Block was officially established on April 1, 1958. The town is currently governed by Ms. Nashi Khan D/o Mrs. Najeeba Khan Zeenat, who serves as the chairperson of Sahawar Town.
