Miranpur Katra is a town and Vidhan Sabha constituency located in Tehsil Tilhar within the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is situated approximately 47 kilometres east of Bareilly along the main Lucknow–Delhi National Highway 24.
The town occupies a strategic midpoint connecting three major cities: Lucknow, Kanpur, and Delhi. The current Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the constituency is Veer Vikram Singh of the BJP, while Pooja Kasana serves as the current chairperson of Katra.
