Kalpi is a historical city and municipal board located in the Jalaun district of Uttar Pradesh, India. The settlement is situated on the right bank of the Yamuna River.
The city is positioned approximately 78 kilometres south-west of Kanpur. It maintains connectivity to the larger city of Kanpur via both road and rail networks.
