Kabrai is a city and nagar Panchayat located in the Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated within the Mahoba district and comprises a combination of five villages.
The local economy is primarily driven by stone mining, which serves as the leading business in the area. There are approximately 350 stone crushers located in and around the town, providing the majority of the city's revenue.
Geographically, Kabrai is positioned between Banda and Mahoba. The city is well-connected by road via National Highways 86 and 76 (Kanpur Kabrai Road), as well as by rail through the Kabrai Railway Station.
