Aliganj is a town and municipal board located in the Etah district of Uttar Pradesh, India. While it is commonly known as Aliganj, its official name is Pargana Azamnagar.
The town serves as a local administrative center governed by the Nagar Palika Parishad Aliganj, which is currently chaired by Suneeta Gupta. The area is notable for being the hometown of C.K. Sethi, who served as a Member of Parliament and the former Agriculture Chairman of India.
