Waraseoni is a tehsil and Nagar Palika Parishad, or municipality, located in the Balaghat district of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is situated approximately 16 km (10 mi) away from the district headquarters.
The town serves as a significant population center within its region, ranking as the second most populous town in the Balaghat District after the city of Balaghat itself.
