Rajauli is a tehsil, block, and subdivision located in the Nawada district of Bihar, India. Situated within the Magadh division, it lies on the bank of the Dhanarjay river at a distance of approximately 30 kilometres from Nawada city along National Highway 20.
The area serves as a Scheduled Caste (SC) reserved Assembly Constituency seat. Administratively, the Rajauli subdivision comprises 95 panchayats and 688 revenue villages, while the Rajauli block consists of 17 panchayats and 169 revenue villages. During the 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election, the constituency had a total of 302,900 electors.
