Bikramganj is a nagar parishad city and community development block located in the Rohtas district of Bihar, India. Situated at coordinates 25.2°N 84.25°E, the area sits at an average elevation of 77 metres (252 feet) above sea level.
According to the 2011 census, the city had a population of nearly 4 lakh people living in 17,968 households. The local economy is primarily based on the production of rice and pulses. Within the city, there is a specific slum area known as Dhangai, which recorded a population of 3,955 across 637 households during the same census period.
