Lawngtlai

Lawngtlai is a town situated in the southern region of Mizoram, India. It serves as the administrative headquarters for the Lawngtlai district.

The town is home to the Pawi people, who are also known as the Hakha Chin people. Culturally, Lawngtlai celebrates several indigenous festivals, including the Hlukhla Kut, which shares similarities with the Chapchar Kut festival observed in other parts of the state.
