Seppa is a city located in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. It serves as the headquarters for the East Kameng district and is situated on the banks of the Kameng River. The name Seppa translates to "marshy" land in the local dialect.
The town features a helipad located in its center and is accessible by motorable roads from nearby locations, including Itanagar, which is 160 kilometres away, and Tezpur in Assam, situated 213 kilometres away.
