Mainaguri

Mainaguri is a town and municipality situated in the Jalpaiguri Sadar subdivision of the Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal, India. It is geographically positioned on the banks of the Jarda River.

The town is recognized as the "Gateway of the Dooars" and serves as a regionally significant tourist destination. Notable landmarks in the area include the Jalpesh Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and its proximity to Gorumara National Park.
