Dhuliyan is a municipality town situated in the Samserganj block of the Jangipur subdivision within the Murshidabad district of West Bengal, India. The municipality was officially established in 1909 and is currently organized into 21 wards.
Geographically, the town is positioned between the Ganges river and the Feeder canal. It serves as a local municipal hub within its respective subdivision.
