Ashoknagar Kalyangarh is a city and municipality located in the Barasat Sadar subdivision of the North 24 Parganas district in the state of West Bengal, India.
The area is notable for being the site of the first discovered oilfield in both West Bengal and East India. This oilfield was identified by ONGC in 2018.
