Sirumugai is a panchayat town situated in the Mettupalayam taluk of the Coimbatore district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located in the western part of the state, the town is positioned on the banks of the Bhavani River.
The town covers an area of 6.28 km² (2.42 sq mi) and is one of the 33 panchayat towns within the Coimbatore district. According to the 2011 census, Sirumugai had a population of 18,223 individuals.
