Narasimhanaickenpalayam is a panchayat town situated in the Coimbatore North taluk of the Coimbatore district in Tamil Nadu, India. It is located in the north-western part of the state and constitutes one of the 33 panchayat towns within the district.
The town covers a total area of 2.44 km² (0.94 sq mi). According to the 2011 census, Narasimhanaickenpalayam had a population of 17,858 individuals.
