Mugalivakkam is a neighborhood located in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It is situated within the Sriperumbudur taluk of the Kanchipuram district, positioned approximately 16 kilometers southwest of Chennai along the Mount-Poonamallee Road.
The area is bounded by several surrounding localities, including Porur to the north, Meenambakkam and Manapakkam to the south and southeast, and Ramapuram to the northeast. To the southwest, it borders Madhanandhapuram, Kovur, Chennai, and Gerugambakkam.
