Irugur is a panchayat town situated in the Sulur taluk of the Coimbatore district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located in the north-western part of the state.
The town covers an area of 11.65 km2 (4.50 sq mi). According to the 2011 census, Irugur had a population of 25,691 individuals.
