Adirampattinam is a town located in the Pattukottai taluk of the Thanjavur district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Locally, the town is also referred to by residents as Adirai.
It holds the distinction of being the largest coastal town within the Thanjavur district and ranks as the fourth largest town in the same district.
