Sanchore is a city located in the Jalore district of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is situated approximately 135 km from Jalore City and serves as the headquarters for the Sanchore Tehshil.
The town is positioned at the intersection of National Highway 68 and the Amritsar–Jamnagar Expressway (NH-754). Historically, the city was known by the names Satyapur and Muhmdabad.
