Rawatbhata

Rawatbhata is a city and Nagar Palika located in the Chittorgarh District of Rajasthan, India. It serves as a Tehsil headquarter and Sub District headquarter, and it is currently the sixth largest city in the Udaipur Division. The city is situated approximately 131 km from Chittorgarh city and 50 km from Kota.

Known as the nuclear city of Rajasthan and India's first nuclear city, Rawatbhata houses eight nuclear reactors, a heavy water plant, and a nuclear fuel complex. Additionally, the area features the Rana Pratap Sagar Dam on the Chambal River, which is the largest dam in Rajasthan and includes a 172 MW hydroelectric power station.
