Chaksu is a municipality located in the Jaipur district of Rajasthan, India. The town is situated approximately 40 km from the city of Jaipur along National Highway 52.
The area serves as one of the 13 tehsil headquarters within the Jaipur District. Additionally, Chaksu functions as a legislative assembly seat for the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha, with Ramavtar Bairwa serving as the current MLA.
