Mysuru

Mysuru, officially known as Mysore, is a city located in the southern Indian state of Karnataka. It serves as the headquarters for both the Mysore district and the Mysore division.

The city was the traditional seat of the Wadiyar dynasty and functioned as the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore for nearly six centuries. Due to its significant heritage structures, palaces, and cultural importance, it is frequently referred to as the "City of Palaces," the "Heritage City," and the "Cultural capital of Karnataka."

Mysuru is the second-most populous city in the state of Karnataka. It is also recognized as one of the cleanest cities in India according to the Swachh Survekshan.
