Humnabad, also known as Jayasimha Nagar, is a city and municipal council located in the Bidar District of Karnataka, India. It serves as the administrative headquarters for the Humnabad taluk.
The city is notable for housing the Veerabhadreswar Temple, which is situated approximately 60 km from both the Bidar and Kalaburgi districts. It is well-connected to surrounding regions via a railway network and two national highways, NH 50 and NH 65.
