Channapatna, also known as Channapattana or Chennapattana, is a city and taluka located in the Bengaluru South district of India. It is situated on the banks of the Kanva river, approximately 60 km from Bangalore and 75 km from Mysore.
The region is widely recognized for its traditional toys, which are popular globally and hold a geographical indication tag.
