Nongpoh is a city located in the Indian state of Meghalaya. It serves as the administrative centre for the Ri-Bhoi district.
The city is situated on National Highway 40, positioned approximately fifty-two kilometers from Shillong, the state capital, and forty-eight kilometers from Guwahati in the neighboring state of Assam.
