Samurou is a town and a Municipal Council located in the Imphal West district of the Indian state of Manipur. It serves as a local administrative center within the region.
The town is situated on the banks of the Imphal River. It is positioned approximately 13 kilometres from the city of Imphal, accessible via Mayai Lambi Road.
