Powai

Powai is a residential suburb located in central Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is situated on the banks of Powai Lake and is bordered by several landmarks, including the hills of Vikhroli Parksite to the south-east, Chandivali to the south-west, L.B.S. Marg to the north-east, and Sanjay Gandhi National Park to the north.

The area is served by the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, a major thoroughfare that connects Mumbai's western and eastern suburbs. Additionally, Powai is known for hosting thousands of devotees annually during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival for its visarjan processions.
