Pathri is a town and municipal council located in the Parbhani district of Maharashtra, India. It is situated near the city of Parbhani.
The town is notable for its association with Sai Baba; it has been claimed by some to be his real birthplace, a claim that remains a subject of controversy. Due to this association, the state government previously allocated 100 crore rupees for the development of facilities at the site, though references to the location as a "Janmsthan" were later removed.
The city also hosts the Pathri Premier League (PPL), which is a popular annual cricket tournament organized to promote and develop local cricketing talent.
