Narkhed is a town and municipal council situated in the Nagpur district of Maharashtra, India. Located approximately 87 km north-west of the city of Nagpur, it serves as the administrative headquarters for Narkhed taluka, which is one of the fourteen talukas within the district.
The town is notably positioned within the "orange belt" region. Due to this geographic location, Narkhed functions as a major center for orange trading.
