Chiplun is a city located in the Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, India. Situated in the Konkan region, it lies approximately 250 km south of Mumbai and 90 km north of Ratnagiri along the Mumbai–Goa highway (NH-66). The city serves as the headquarters for the Chiplun taluka.
