Vazhayur is a census town located in the Malappuram district of Kerala, India. It constitutes a portion of the larger Malappuram metropolitan area.
According to the 2011 Census of India, the town has a population of 36,909, consisting of 18,163 males and 18,746 females. The location is also notable as a filming site for the 2018 Malayalam motion picture, Sudani from Nigeria.
