Perinthalmanna is a town and municipality situated in the Malappuram district of Kerala, India. It is located approximately 23 kilometres southwest of Malappuram at the center of the Kozhikode–Palakkad National Highway 966.
The town serves as the administrative center for the Perinthalmanna taluk and functions as a revenue division, community development block, and police sub-division. Historically, it was the headquarters of the former Walluvanad Taluk in the Malabar district during the period of British rule.
