Maradu is a municipality and census town situated in the Ernakulam district of Kerala, India. It serves as an inner suburb of the Kochi metropolitan area, positioned approximately 6 km (3.7 mi) south of the Kochi city centre.
According to the 2011 Indian census, Maradu has a recorded population of 44,704 people.
