Kondotty is a town and municipality situated in the Malappuram district of Kerala, India. It is located approximately 24 km from Malappuram and lies near the Calicut International Airport.
The town serves as the headquarters of Kondotty Taluk, which was officially designated as the seventh taluk in the Malappuram district by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on December 23, 2013. The area is home to several sports organizations, including Real Malabar F.C., a professional football club, and FC Kondotty, which is the only All India Sevens Football club from the region.
