Santrampur

Santrampur is a town situated in the Mahisagar District of Gujarat, India. Located approximately 155 km (96 mi) from the state capital of Gandhinagar, it serves as the administrative headquarters for the Santrampur tehsil.

The town is geographically positioned on the banks of the Suki river within the Aravalli hills. Historically, Santrampur served as the capital of the Kingdom of Santrampur, which was ruled by the Mahipavat branch of the Parmar Rajputs.
