Rajula is a town and municipality located in the Amreli district of the Indian state of Gujarat. The city was founded around 1759 by Daha Dhakhada on the banks of the Dhatarvadi river, situated among the hills known as Piliyo and Rajuliyo.
The surrounding region, historically referred to as Babariyawad, was captured by the Dhakhdas and other Babariya Kathis. Today, it serves as a local administrative and municipal center within the state.
