Khedbrahma is a town and taluka headquarter located in the Sabarkantha district of Gujarat, India. Situated on the banks of the Harnav river, the town serves as an important historical and religious site that has hosted pilgrims for centuries.
The town features several significant architectural monuments, including the 11th-century Brahma, Ambika, and Pankhnath Mahadev temples, which are considered its oldest structures. It is also home to a historic stepwell known as the Brahma Vav. Historically, Khedbrahma was governed by the Parmaras, Chaulukyas, and Pariharas before falling under the jurisdiction of the Idar State in the 13th century.
